If you are getting a non-professional massage you risk doing harm to your own body.

Also note that TOO MANY massages, professional or not, is NOT healthy and that once you start getting massages your body will need them on a constant basis. It's like a drug.

For this reason, don't get them on an ongoing basis(more than once a month) unless its a targeted medical massage by someone with medical qualifications.
