Where do you get anonymous pre paid Visa's in the usa?

I don't know if they are totally ANONYMOUS but http://www.mymccard.com is a good program. I've used their pre paid credit cards to purchase stuff online before to control my spending habits :-) Never had a problem with it being accepted, works online AND offline.

Nearly any convience store, rite aid, safeway, etc.
