    Splitting profits in 3-way joint venture...

    How would you go about splitting profits from a 3-way joint venture? I've encountered two people that are backing me in a project. I created an account with a sponsor that all of us can access. But I'm confused on how to split the profits... we are not incorporated or anything like that...

          I strongly suggest that you get your legal paperwork done first! Become a limited liability company or process the paperwork for a legal partnership or you're gonna get SCREWED!
