Cadillac CTS-V
 

No one on the Cadillac website is answering me so I thought id give this a try... does anyone know if that CTS-V is available with automatic transmission, doesnt give it as an option on the site...

automatic transmission is for sissies!

Having driven the CTS-V a few times I wouldn't want it in Auto.

How did it drive? How would u compare it to an Audi S4 or A6 4.2?

I had driven manual almost as long as I've been driving. My Mercedes is automatic and I like it.

I haven't driven it but I don't think you can compare an American car with an import. The Caddy will not look that great even a few years down the road.

The guy that owns the car got rid of his S4 to get the CTS-V.

I have to agree with him. I prefer the CTS-V, but it is a totally different ride. The S4 felt a lot tighter to me. The CTS-V is Raw power.

well I wouldn't go as far as saying automatic transmissions are for sissies... if it would've been any other Caddy, you would have to be the world's dumbest dumb-ass to buy it standard... but for a sports car, believe me you want it standard, so you can enjoy the performance.


my conclusion is classy cars = automatic, sports car = standard

I love automatic. It is great.

If I would want to shit I?d use a ratchet shifter :)
