Who is ordering UFC this weekend?
 

I'm stoked to watch Joe Riggs, who used to train out of my MMA school (and bumped me up to level 2 kickboxing), take on Matt Hughes for the CHAMPIONSHIP. We here are all really happy for Joe to get this opportunity. Any predictions for the matches?

Im all over it...its 39.99+taxes and shit though here in Canada, for that price I might as well go get tix lol...
Anyways...Rich Franklin will probably smash Nate Quarry then win by submission (armbar) in the second round

ive been a big fan of the TUF1 and TUF2 reality shows. And after seeing Matt Hughes OWN Trigg in their 2nd fight, after getting kicked in the NUTS, then almost losing to a rear naked choke, only to make a huge comeback and end Trigg with the rear naked choke like the 1st match... man, Hughes is superman!

There was this other fight, i forgot the other guys name, but he had Hughes head in a leg lock or sum shit on the ground, and Hughes picked his ass UP then walked to the other side of the ring and dropped him, and the guy got KO'd when his head hit the canvas. That was some crazy shit right there.

Franklin/Quarry will be real interesting as well.

the Huges-Riggs match should be good, but I expect Franklin/Quarry to be the top fight...

I also have the INHD channel which usually shows older UFC events the same weekend as UFC PPVs and love watching some of the older matches

Hughes does indeed have an attitude but he is an efficient fighter. that time when he dropped the guy onto his head and KO'd him mentionned earlier was versus Carlos Newton, and was indeed a fuckin classic. I'd suggest that we make bets, but then again this is GFY and the amount of fake nicks would make it impossible...

Riggs isn't ready for Hughes
I'll be shocked if he takes him. Riggs has good power, but I haven't seen him fight a lot of high quality guys. Hughes has way more experience
