3rd Party Billing needed for Aussie Webmaster

Help needed...I'm an Australian, living in Australia and have a foot fetish site (hosted in the U.S) that may shortly require a new 3rd party biller.
I've made enquiries with CCBill and Paycom and neither can offer processing for Visa for me as I do not live in either the U.S of the European Union.
Incorporating a company is of no use as the principal must reside in the region of the processing company. As such...I'm a little stuck.
What solutions are there out there for me and what is highy recommended?
I have iconsidered MyVirtualCard, Verotel ( both TicketsClub & Pro) and CCBill (without Visa).
Can anyone offer suggestions or alternatives solutions to make the transition as easy and as stress free as possible?
Are there other Aussies in the same boat who can help?

i'd have to recommend MyVirtualCard out of your options, i've used them as primary for 10 months now for 3 sites that do decent volume and have no complaints whatsoever... as things stand these days i don't think you want to be processing w/in the USA unless you absolutely have to, considering the puritans running about w/ torches lately..

Much appreciated! MyVirtualCard are at the top of my list so I'm pleased to hear they work for you, plus they emailed me back in a timely manner, answering all of my questions.

Get a US Las vegas company and register that with Epoch. We are based in Australia also and have Epoch & CCbill setup no problem
