Hello,

I'm looking for an outgoing individual that knows the adult online industry.

You must have at least 3 years of online experience, and must be able to maintain a professional attitude at all times while representing me.

DUTIES:
Duties include (but are not limited to):
Going to major webmaster gatherings as a "RedShoe Rep" (official title)
Handing out business cards.
Gathering business cards and filtering out non potential clients.
Sending and receiving follow up ICQ's
Sending and receiving follow up emails.
Handling business requests.
Setting up back end deals for any and/or all of the sites in the RedShoe Network.


COMPENSATION:
Your compensation package will be 30%-50% of sales you generate. You will be paid for your performance, and therefore have unlimited income potential. The better you are, the better you get paid, it's as simple as that. (There is no multi-tier options available at this time.)

I maintain a certain level of mysterious professionalism. Which means that while attending social gatherings you will be need to wear hi-top Red Converse, (Chuck Taylor edition) which I provide. And you must avoid cameras at all costs. You are not an affiliate. You are a representative of me, RedShoe. You must also be able to make people laugh. I do not drink, so while attending social gatherings, your bar tab is your own. I will pay for transportation and expenses to local gatherings. Out of town gatherings will be discussed per event.

It would depend on how well I think you can perform. Sure, if you can show me that you are a serious rep that can produce sales, and if you can potentially earn enough to payback the expenses for the trip then absolutely we'll pay for transportation and expenses to other gatherings.

I'm new to the paysite side of things, so I don't have a lot of upfront money for this. Ideally I'd like to send you to local gatherings and then eventually be able to send you to international gatherings.

"LOTS" doesn't define how many potential sales you'll make. And if you couldn't close a deal with ONE client 2 years ago, what makes me think you'll close the deal with "LOTS" of your friends? You must be confusing me for a different RedShoe. I've never shot a video for porn. and I only edited like 5 trailers but somehow people here blew my skills way out of proportion.

Money is only offered at the end ... most people here that can save up enough money to go take a chance at a show to try getting deals for somebody else can just invest it in his business and make sure money ... could be interesting for people going at local shows thought.

Yeah it's like a high paid affiliate. In time I'd like to put this person on an annual salary with commission bonuses, and benefits.

I have the products, I just need someone to sell them for me. I'm just so not into all the college boy, fraternity parties this industry seems to breed. I see tits on an HOURLY basis.. no MINUTELY basis. I really don't need to go to a party and see more.
