Buy a treadmill! I have one in the same room as my computer here so when I'm not on the computer, I'm walking or jogging on it. Trust me, it works. Seeing the treadmill after sitting at the computer working will remind you to get some good exercise in.

Do what I did Izzz, get a thread mill for you're home, a mile a day should be enough, make sure you put it near a tv, time goes much quicker.

Agh. Show me a fitness/get healthy site that doesn't include supplements. I'm all for a multi vitamin now and then, but no way am I "supplementing" my diet with powders and pills.
