I am trying to find some website with Tips and Tricks ...cool tips and tricks (not how to do a freaking fire-text or ice-button). I can't find any sites that talk about cool web headers with swirls and glowing effects and grids and such.... Can anyone suggest a site for me? Got lots of times on hands lately so I thought I'd enlight myself.
