Not slander, in any way. Unfortunately, when you choose to hire someone to work for your company, you also accept his reputation. As Andre Agassi says, "Image is everything." If you do not want the perception that Jeff brings to the table, then you should have screened his application a little better.

Besides, do you really expect anyone to believe that Jeff is simply a photographer and receives no benefits from recruiting girls and such?

Just know, that there will be numerous people who do not want to do business with a company that hires Jeff to do ANYTHING for them! He has screwed nearly everyone in the business.

Dude, you are clueless. Have been for years. Everything out of your mouth is slanderous. Should I post the conversation you had with one of my models last night that you hunted down on myspace? I do NOT own even the slightest percentage of Virginriches.com I am their content provider. Just like any content provider, they hire models I have and hire me to shoot them for them. I shoot for tons of solo sites out there. This company is certainly not the only one. Do you know anything about this business at all? Have you ever worked in it? No? Oh, thats right... you have a freind that was once an internet model.

Virginriches.com is no different then any other of my clients i shoot for. They hired me for my services. I receive no other benefit other then the contracted fee for each model. The site is shot 100% up front, then paid for by the client and delivered. They have received the content they hired me for as well as all the releases, ids and canceled checks for proof of payment on the contracts I enter into on their behalf. Same as I do for all of my cleints.

So, show us the proof that I am an owner. Show us the proof of the claims you made to my model on myspace last night. You know which remarks Im referring to.

And Duane, you need to stop thinking your girls at the titty bar are your friend. Just because they treat you nice when you pay them for a lapdance does not mean they like you. 1) I never said anything that might be construed as slander towards Virgin Riches. I further clarified my comments in my last post. It is their choice to chose to do business with someone who has had a shady history in the adult internet industry. I just stated that, should they chose to contract the services of "shady" individuals, then they must live with the reputation that this brings to their company. It's similar to why Terrell Owens is no longer with the Eagles - they simply did not want the reputation he was bringing to their company. That not slander, it's factual. As you can verify with your lawyers, the ultimate defense against slander is the TRUTH!!
