CCbill: giving my money to the wrong person
One of my sub accounts is split with another person. About 2 weeks ago I had to undo that split so I faxed the proper paperwork to ccbill per their direction. As of a few days ago I had still not received any word from ccbill so the paper was faxed again. The form was perfectly filled out.
Today the person who should don't get paid received yet another check from ccbill from that account.
I called ccbill only to find out that my split undoing was rejected. There are no notes on the account as to why they denied this request. They did not inform me or send me anything regarding this denial. It is MY account and I am the only person in control of it and they denied MY request to un split a sub account.
The moron on the phone knew nothing and could tell me nothing other than he would send an e-mail to that department on Monday to ask why it was rejected. I asked this dope if I should call back on Monday and he says "if you want to" and that was pretty much the best advice I got. Nothing about what to do next or who to speak to. He honestly didn't know.
I'm not happy about this at all and the lack of communication from them on this is very unprofessional. In the mean time they will be sending MY money to another person.
