Serious question about streaming Video
 

I am the first to admit i know little if anything about the technical side of streaming, but im sure someone here can answer my questions or can point me in the right direction

First what is the best obtainable video size when streaming to someone with a DSL connection. Is there a window size that is standard in the adult industry that most companies use. i.e.. 800x600 or 400x300.

Lastly who in your opinion supplies the best quality streams to adult sites at a reasonable price.

best size for someone on dsl is 320 x 240 or 360 x 240 at about 300-500 KBS
