I would like to perform an experiment. All of you who feel that your life would be better by eliminating the nail biting habit, I invite you to download my Freedom From Nail Biting hypnosis MP3. I am offering this to everyone free of charge and all that I ask is that you lsiten to the recording three time a week for two weeks and report your results here. If you like you can post some before and after photos of your nails. I think that would make for a very interesting thread.

I developed this program several years ago and have sold thousands all around the world. It is best if you burn the file to a CD and listed to it with comfortable headphones. Some people find it best to listen while lying down and others prefer to sit in a quite room with in trance. It really does not matter where or how you develop your trance just that you do it three time a week for two weeks.
