"Now" on PBS showed how the oil companies are manipulating the "gasoline shortage" intentionally to increase their profits. The show told of gasoline exports to other countries at a time the oil companies in California were saying supplies were insufficient and jacking prices over $3.

Around about £1 (UK Stirling) a litre.

87.5 cents/litre here in Niagara (but I get it for 67.5/litre - PetroCan/GM new car gas discount card...gives us $0.20/litre discount).

Around $2.54 regular unleaded. The taxes in NY are out of control.

right now it's like 83 cents Canadian per litre and dropping, surprisingly.
