If you could chargeback ONE purchase you have made in your life that was a bad idea, what would it be? It could be anything, from a $15 meal, to a $380,000 house purchase.

This is not Boston - Its the Hills. And this house is very secluded at the top. So its all about Location. Thats a good price for here considering its 4 wheel drive only most times.

I bought a $20K car and put another $40K into it. Fast, but not a good financial investment. That would be it.

Legal Studies...pre law. went to a 24k a year school...thats like mid range when you compare it to Boston College 41k, Harvard 39k, MIT, 37k etc etc period :)

absolutely nothing as of now. it got me a job out of college and a couple of decent job offers. eventually.....maybe law school. who knows. but as of now...complete waste.
