.FLV files to .WMV - any help anyone??

I do my members shows on my site through private camz (they give me the video and chat room.) I can download my archived shows but they are in .FLV format. I have searched EVERYWHERE and I cant get them to encode over to .WMV. Anyone well versed in this???

Unfortunately, there is no .flv TO .avi or .wmv. You can convert TO .flv. This program you showed is for .swf files. :(
