Epassporte Business account problems?

Been trying for days to do some transfers, but I keep getting this:

The system is currently unavailable. Please try your transfer again later. Thank you.

Tried every day for the last 5 days now...
Have something changed that I don't know, or what?

I was able to transfer money yesterday with my business account.

There isn't something like a minium balance on the account?
Long since I had as low as $1500 on it, but that sounds very weird.

Support have still not answered of course...

I very much doubt that, just maybe grown too big, too fast?

I've been with them over a year and it's usually great..the past few days have been jittery though. Had me on my toes a little worrying but hopefully it's just temporary.

FuqALot 11-11-2005 06:26 AM

if you are smart you get rid of epassporte. ibill was like this too before they were gone.

The Usual Suspect 11-11-2005 06:27 AM

Yeah I've had this account since October 2003, and this is the first time I've had problems sending money.

I wouldn't trust them like a bank, that's for sure.

But I do doubt anything is gonna happen, can't see how they can lose money on this business.
(They are owned by the same people behind Epoch as well)

Only thing I believe is that they might get shut down by some bigger authority, but I do doubt that too.

the comparison with IBILL is totally uncalled for , what basis do you have for such bullshit statement? Epassporte is a sound Company and I put my money where my mouth is :2 cents:

Guys... nothing is wrong. We have been sending and receiving transfers every single day, with the exception of some downtime due to the back end processor being offline. For any downtime, we are sorry, however it is not within our control.

As for the iBill to ePassporte compairison, JFK said it best... There is none. iBill lost their banking, they were a third party credit card processor.... We have none of their issues or problems aas we ar not in that business.

ePassporte has been and will continue to be solid and a part of this Industry. We are not going anywhere...

To all of the thousands of Webmasters and to all of our Sponsor Programs that use ePassporte daily, thanks...

See you all in LA next week at Webmaster Access West!
