I want to pay for something with a credit card.
The person I want to pay has paypal. I do not have paypal.
I paid for items in the past where paypal user sent me a 2checkout link/invoice & I clicked it & enter my credit card.

The seller I want to pay has never used this option before, can anyone put instructions here.

its been a while, have them check their FAQ I know its quite simple

you dont need a paypal account to buy with paypal anymore.
