#2: http://www.ebony-cams.com/nela_cam.html - This site is using my work, this person is also NOT REFERRING ME. So they are using my work without my permission. However, at least they used the page the way it was intended.The page I provided was meant to be built into an existing site. They did a good job of this however i am making $0 from this since they are using a different clickcash account.

I am not worried that someone is using my work, I am upset because they are not giving me credit for it.

This is different then someone just copying my advertising. I made these pages, FREE OF CHARGE, for other webmasters to use. All i asked is one fucking simple request, refer my clickcash account so i can get credit for the referral fee. All of these people steal my work and continue to use their own clickcash account that did not refer me.

yeah that is called "Design". I made those pages as templates for people to incorperate into their own sites. This person ( http://www.ebony-cams.com/nela_cam.html) did a good job of it... but didn't use their clickcash account they made that referred me.

maybe some of you are use to theft and it doesn't bother you. It has always bothered me whether it was happening to me or not.

considering the name of your site and the name of your sponsor - it is easy for another webmaster to mistakenly think that your custom pages are actually your sponsor's pages?

It is fun to see that some people do think of that as a design. Design does not mean a bunch of graphics.

thats a lame excuse. They have to create a clickcash account and refer me to get access to my members area, where they can access the goods. These people are 100% aware what is going on and what they are doing. OR they just copied my work from someone else who was using it legitametly. Either way, they know what is going on and what they are doing is wrong. If they are clickcash webmasters they aslo know that clickcash provides VERY little advertising materials and you can't find anything close to what I have put together in clickcash's webmaster area.
