Well they support by email too .. ICQ is an addition and this is unique for registrar and I find it very useful.
Besides that I felt in love with few features, such as auto renewal.

I have never used Moniker but I always read about how they are worth the higher prices. They may very well be but I have never been able to tell what specific product or service they offer that no other lower priced registrar offers. Could anyone provide a specific example of a unique feature/service they offer that no other lower priced registrar offers? Thanks!

I thought that is what I asked. You must know that other registrars that charge less offer full IP/DNS management, categories, downloads to spreadsheets, security, service, adult domains, ect. The 5000 names on one page sounds like it may be unique.

So to clarify, what specific products or services do you offer that other less expensive registrars do not offer? If none, what specifically is it about the ones you mentioned or others you offer that make them better than your lower priced competitors versions? Thanks!
