setting up an LLC
 

Does anyone know of some good services to use for setting up an LLC? Which state would be the best? Nevada, Delaware, Wyoming, my home state?

delaware is good, low corp tax and very common for foreign corps

i used them, but they are more expensive than most other services

its not expensive.
you don't have to set up in delaware or any other state but your own, as an llc doesn't pay taxes.

Not necessarilly true, depends on if you opt to file as a partnership or a corporation for tax puropses.

I have my accountant do it. Prolly not cheaper, but a lot easier. :2 cents:

I used to run www.keyglobalsolutions.com I think that's now defunct, I left a while ago. But there's several places you can register an IBC. Hit google for "Setting up and offshore IBC" and do your research as usual. As far as the benifits, well if they aren't obvious, after a couple minutes of reading they will be :)

We set up an LLC in Florida using Legalzoom.. Those guys are always on top of everything, I recommend them..

Beats all LLC stuff :winkwink:
