I have accounts at these two:
http://www.sportingodds.com
http://www.betfair.com
They are english based betting places so your bets are can be kind of limited (it handles more european sports), I used sportingodds.com for US football and use it for english soccer. Also for the breeders cup races.
Betfair.com is kind of cool in that you can lay odds as well as bet into the line. For example, if you think Tiger Woods is going to pull his groin during the masters tournament and won't finish (or just out and out won't win) you could offer your own odds against him. Another example would be, say I think Pete Sampras won't win wimbledon, I can offer 15-1 that he will win, so in effect I am being the bookie, if he wins I would have to pay, if he loses in the first round or any round for that matter I collect all the money! So basically what betfair.com is is an exchange matching up bettors from all over the world. You can usually get better odds here than at most fixed odds books. Also you can post what odds you want for a certain bet. For example, say you think Anna Kournikova is going to win Wimbledon but your sports book is only offering you 50-1, you can post that you want to bet Anna at 100-1 and you will usually find a taker. But the thing to keep in mind is that you may not always get your full bet. In the Anna example, say you want to bet 10 pounds (since it is in the UK) and you win that would be 1000 pounds, you may get people hitting your bet for1 pound here 2 pounds there because it is generally regular people betting. Definitely worth a look. http://www.betfair.com
