I reworked it a couple of times and now I'm getting more productivity, but still not enough to make any conversions. How big of a site do you need to get some conversions from the hosted galleries mixed into the thumbs?

Not bad, put some space between the tables. Top banner should have some keyworded text.

Btw 1 of the gallery I looked at contain spyware. You may want to run on 100% hosted gallery. Look like you have cheaters already :)
