I like this join 4 free script but need help
 

Hi Guys,
I found this script on one of other message boards.
http://www.join4freescript.com . This is a script that opens an account in password protected directory after the user registers and activates his account. I know that these types of scripts are so popular in web sites.
Could you please have a look at that script and let me know if it is worth to pay the money to buy it? I think it does but if you don't think so, can you please send me address of another script ?

Hello Guys,
I've just finished the development of a join 4 free script.
After the user fills in the registration form, the script , sends an activation code to the email address that the user put in the sign up form. As soon as the user activates his/her account, the program opens an accopun for the user to the members area.
The program has got an admin section aswell.

I think your program actually looks pretty nice, I've been looking seriousy for one the last couple of days. I couldn't find a price on yours but the one I'm primarily narrowed down to at the moment does what your does and it's $30.

How much you want for it?

There is one available for free if you put a little effort into searching one of the popular script sites... just isn't in an obvious category... I came across it recently and downloaded it... just never installed it. It uses PHP and MySQL and has authenticated users, members area and a built in newsletter. If you "search" for the "script" it is easy to find... :winkwink:

i am sure the folks at join4free wouldn't be to happy that you named a script from their program,,,, i have to agree that your script is only worth 30,, since there isn't to many stats available and it seems that your mailer is very basic,,,,

i be interested in this type of script if anyone has something better available

Guys I am a programmer and trying to get ideas from you guys, but instead what I get is sneering. At the beginning I asked how much it worths..Didn't I? Ben, fade is right.. you pretended that you were looking at buying this script hence it being spam because nobody asked about a script like this, if they did it would not be spam.... Anways if you would consider lowering your price you would make alot more sales... I would use it just to get rid of freeloading bastards etc.... What I dont want is to make some sort of Join4free site.... i think if you market it more towards people like me and not wannabe affiliate owners, you would do alot better... You have to keep it under 50 though.......

$50 x 100 sales = 5000
$300 x 4 sales = 1200

Script is worth no more then 50 bucks

I'm waiting for a full-featured php/mysql combo still.

There is a 100% free php/mysql version already.

You do need to make modifications for it to work a little, but overall it works.


Why pay for something that is free...
