I just had one of my best steaks ever

What kind of steaks (cuts) and what seasoning was used? C'mon, you can't leave us hanging like this.

By the way, my favorite steak is the Porterhouse thick cut medium rare with nothing but tons of garlic powder and pepper. :thumbsup

One thing I never understood about steak is that a porterhouse is basically a filet and NY Strip all in one steak but it costs less than buying just a filet by itself. I don't get it.

Victoria Filet at outback steak house is one of the best steaks in the world :)

It was marinated in just olive oil, salt, and lemon pepper... very simple

i agree, i had one the other night with the melted bleu cheese, with the garlic mashed potatoes and chopped bleu cheese salad


was dam good especially for the price

when you buy just a filet you are getting a cleaned up 7-12 ounce slab of steak.
center cut.
most of your porterhouses are 1.4 lbs and the filet on that =s the 4 ounces. its not cleaned, or the center cut.
