Epassporte Balance = $0.00 (again).
 

I know this point has been raised on numerous occasions but their system must have a serious flaw in that it has to do this every once in a while.

Epass is a great system for this industry. Just a shame about the niggly issues such as this which currently prevents you from sending cash from the balance.

I'm showing $0 too ... and at a very bad time. I was just about to walk out the door and withdraw from an ATM. I'm going to try anyway and see what happens.

Im showing this too... if you look under transaction detail though it shows the correct balance.

this is the first time it has happened to me and I freaked for about a min. somehow I dont think my email to customer support will be answered anytime soon... :(

Guys, I tried to withdraw total my limit balance and the atm denied me but I was able to withdraw $300.

Yea I just saw it and was like "WTF I've been robbed, but how is that possible when I'm looking at my epassporte card".

Does anyone from Epassporte come to this board to give us detailed information on how they are trying to upgrade/fix their system?

Epassporte are turning into Paypal - you just wait there be limiting accounts for no reason.

I'm sure it's nothing to worry about, but it sure seems to be happening often in the last week or two. I depend on epassporte, I really don't want to lose confidence in it. I don't know of any system that comes close to epassporte for convenience.
