Best dating software?
 

I'm looking for dating software that will allow members to ul pics, text and videos too if that's possible. It needs to be customizable and let us preview and approve all ads.

You could go the easy route and just plug in to a network with over 20 million existing members: www.worlddatinggroup.com.

Otherwise nearly every off the shelf dating software will allow you to do what you want if you wish to start from scratch.
