Orange Fiber simply resells Cogent. They don't have their own network, they don't have their own IPS etc, etc, etfuckingcetera. It's a total chop shop Colocated at Alphared. If the Cogent goes down THEY go down. There is no redundancy whatsoever; and if they do wise up and move away from Cogent all the client ips change.
