Anyone know anyone with this retarded mentality? When there's like 30 obvious signs that there's cheating going on? How do you convince them to call them out and stop being such a 'sucker with no self esteem'?

This follows the same logic as the "It's my fault he beats me" crowd.

It's hard to change a person's mentality on matters such as these.
I believe that typically woman/men who continue to stay in dishonest relationships subconsciously don't believe that they deserve better.
I am sure everyone knows atleast one person who choose to stay in a bad relationship over dating the proverbial 'good guy'.
