I was working on a perfect record! Out of thousands of transactions this year I'd had NOT EVEN ONE SINGLE CHARGEBACK! I was hoping for a perfect year. But now some fucking idiot has ruined my record. And it was on a rebill, not an initial join.

I keep my chargeback ratios very low by giving members access to my personal email, ICQ, a message board, etc etc. I make life very easy on them and give great customer service.

God damn it! How disappointing!

1 chargeback? Its amazing you haven't had any till now.

cb suck sometimes they manage though signing up with a stolen card... imageine if yours was stolen youd cb too... happened to us last week 2 times :/

I have very good sites with daily updates and great customer service. I try to make it my goal to have ZERO chargebacks. I've never ever had a perfect year. I thought this would be the year. Oh well. :( Made it 11 months at least.

The reason I don't think that's the case this time is because they charged back the rebill, but not the initial join.

low chargebacks = honest program
no chargebacks, ever = pipe dream

how old was the initial? since most cred card companies wont accept cb older then 3 months here in Holland even 1... or they do step by step, cb rebill then tomorrow initial. Sucks I know...
