Its not a job I'd want to take. The risk is way too high for the money. We all know he's guilty of shit, but he still should get a trial. Though I have to say the whole scenario is pretty stupid.

I don't get the logic behind this.

Someone likes Saddam and wants to help him. So to do that, he kills one of the person who arguably could get him out of trouble.

JFK, the CIA wouldn't waste time killing a defense attorney, they could kill Sadaam if they wanted just as easily. They would prob have hired one of their men to defend him and throw the case... that'd be cooler.
