why the hell
 

do I wake up every morning at like 5 am for no reason, and I don't go to sleep until around 12am at night? What happened to those good days of sleeping until 12pm? :helpme

I'm wondering why I seem incapable of staying awake past 11pm these days when it used to be that I can stay up until 3am every night.

I must be getting old or something :(
