They secure the phones with screws that normal tools cannot unscrew!!!! What fucking bullshit.

My charger part of the phone got pushed inward and isn't making contact and I cannot open the phone to pull it back out!!!

Now I'll have to pay to get a new one because mine is long out of production. Fuck this!

Its a hex key screw... you can get them from online cellular accessory shops such as cellularaccessory . com or westsidecellular . com

They make hex keys that small? I can barely see any teeth on this one.

go to any hobby shop...they'll have jeweler's hex drivers as small as they come...
