Can you have subaccounts in Paypal for partners?

Can you have several sub accounts on Paypal?

For example, if you wanted to partner up with 2 other people on something (non adult) and the payments would be coming in via paypal, could you have Paypal put it into 3 different subaccounts for you?

If not, what options would you have to do something like this with Paypal?
