Ccbill sales the past two days

Hi Guys. I was just wondering how your sales have been for the past two days? I'm taken a blood bath. We had a RECORD high weekend then Yesterday and today have been terrible. Sales are way off.

I've talked to ccbill and they are telling me sales are normal across the board. Our sales are way down AND I've been unable to even get the admin to load. Anybody else experiencing this?

MaDalton 11-08-2005 05:06 PM

yesterday = bad, otherwise normal. as far as i can say that :winkwink:

andrej_NDC 11-08-2005 05:14 PM

yesterday's and today's numbers are average, not bad

Hunter_ST 11-08-2005 05:15 PM

Things seem steady to me, too.

You know if there was such a thing for balanced scrub (ie scrubing certain accounts some days and others on other days) I would have to say you and i are on opposites (going on past posts as well). :winkwink:

I was just thinking the same, when you had one of your best days, I had one of my worst ones. :)

Sosa 11-08-2005 05:31 PM

been ok myself.

BrettJ 11-08-2005 05:34 PM

the webadmin pages have been slow to pull stats from the database. but sales were above average sunday and monday, with an average to a little below average decline rate yesterday. Today has been okay.

Anna_O 11-08-2005 05:34 PM

Average here too. But the start of November was really good.

HairToStay 11-08-2005 05:35 PM

A little behind normal.

Exactly. Saturday was a record day for us and everything up til yesterday was rocking. Oh well time to do the Comeback Dance. :pimp

Citizen Cain 11-08-2005 05:39 PM

for me ccbill ratios are always much worse than other processors :(

lol, I was just going to ask you about saturday, because I had about 50% of my normal sales

pornguy 11-08-2005 05:43 PM

Sales have been steady for me.

Wow are you serious? Saturday was a HUGE record day. Sales were up 25% and we broke our old record by more than 5%. Sunday was a little above average. Then yesterday was almost half of Saturday (with MORE traffic). Today seems to be very close to yesterday.

If ccbill was doing that they would maintain a strong overall average and also prevent a huge uprising. Ie I complain and you and Steve LS have good sales days so you say nah it must be only you. Interesting.

just checked a report from friday last week until today, sales were pretty steady, a little above average on some days, but saturday was a big drop, no clue why, 50% less than on the other days...

I guess thats why ccbill says, our sales are steady...well, some of their partners have worse sales, some better, but they dont see anything on overall numbers

MaDalton 11-08-2005 06:14 PM

so my conclusion is: they can just handle a certain amount of sales a day and are changing it around between all of you so that someone always is happy for at least a day every week... :1orglaugh

sorry, mark, no offense... :helpme :winkwink:

I'm getting KILLED Shap CCBILL stats are in the crapper for sure.

I also made a HUGE mistake sending traffic somewhere I shouldn't have, but who would have guessed that people don't know how to count? eh you live and learn.

Hope the CCBill stuff rebounds soon.

khs 11-08-2005 06:19 PM

one of the many reasons I dropped ccbill sponsors

it's not so much if they use ccbill as a processor but if they use ccbill's affiliate software

companies that use ccbill's affiliate software tend to have higher ratios because they are limited too and ALL display ratios based on first page clicks.

(in some cases when the &HTML=blah variables are used to send a surfer to a fhg or fpa the click is counted even before the surfer sees the 1st page of the tour)

here is a good list of sponsors that display ratios based on 1st page hits http://www.hoes.com/sponsors/

check #5 :upsidedow

Saturday and Sunday great,
Monday and today not so good,
Just the way it goes sometimes.
I am in Canada and the stats load fine for me.

I see on the list also sponsors who count join page uniques(10% from 1st page hits), but congrats on the position, your ratio is pretty good for ccbill raws. :)

TMM_John 11-08-2005 07:21 PM

Admin may be slow at times but the join form page loads have been normal...

those are not ccbill raws, we use our own script
quit using ccbills software a few years ago when we first added paycom to offer cascade billing with multiple processors (we use CCBill & Paycom).

however our ratios are figured on 1st page uniques and affiliates still get paid by ccbill & paycom.

Cheers,
BV
