      Im not sure what you are asking, but if I have it right then Id say create multiple duplicate layers and add an edge to each until you have the effect you are after.

          Ask KMR Stitch, he bought like $20k worth of fireworks 2 years ago. He should be a pro.

          Also, if you need any advice on candy, he's your man. He bought like $5k worth just so his house (his parent's house) wouldn't get "OWNED".

              You can add multiple glow filters. Increase the glow by 1 each time.
