people just wont switch to a new broker in a middle of a deal on a purchase..they got contracts..rates are locked..plus each state is different with closing costs (title, state tax, intagible tax etc) so how can you advise anybody on any GFE they sent u .
what are you gonna advise? to negotiate points? title fees?...this is all well known stuff..

Theo 11-07-2005 04:07 PM

$5K is better in my pocket than anyone elses. Don't care if I earn $100K a month. $5K is still $5K :)
