7k - and I dedicate this post to...

a great guy who managed a gym i've lifted at for 4+ years. just heard the news today, he was only 35, a father of 2 (both under 6 yrs old) and a monster in the gym.

he was lifting legs on saturday morning, his heart was racing strangely so he went home... told the wife he thought he should go to the hospital, and he collapsed on the floor and started having convulsions. they're performing an autopsy to find out what exactly happened.

he wasn't cut or anything, but just big n' strong as hell.

unfortunate :(

Shit, man i saw a dream yesterday that my past gym trainer n' good friend died from heart failure. He is very superstitious so I didn't call him to say and freak him out.
