It's a cartoon dude and the song is a called 'Dare' I believe. Funky song.

has anyone seen there live show ???

when they first came out many years ago ..someone told me that even at there live show they drop a screen in front of them and show the cartoons playing ... can this be true ..??

Yeah, it is true. They are also doing a live set on Radio 1 this week I think. Alban (ie Blur) knows his stuff.
