The shows is called X Factor, it was a complete flop in Australia here.

I don't call that destroying the ego but he is challenging everyone who wants to become a star to really strive harder to reach their dreams.

I like the Xfactor better than I like American Idol..not the the least because the combo of him and Sharon Osborne play off each other well.
