Sunday's outrageous episode really stretches envelope

The episode of "Family Guy" that airs 8 p.m. Sunday on Fox is a sustained howl of outrage against what the show's creative minds view as censorship. It's full of naughty words, razor-sharp jabs about the government and the ample, nearly naked figure of cartoon patriarch Peter Griffin. Not to mention a musical number savaging the FCC.

So how did the powers that be at "Family Guy" get this salty, outrageous episode past Fox's own censors?
