What's some average prices for semi-exclusive. By Semi-exclusive I mean it's exclusive to me for like 3 - 6 months, then you can sell it to who ever.

No need to buy it semi exclusive. non excluisve works far better. Buy it and launch it as soon as it's released, you might be able to do a deal with a content producer to get it before release, then keep buying and keep adding straight away.
