My response to this : I've met them @ the mtl convention and the responses have always been very quick when I needed help . That's my personal experience with them.

Damn, that sucks big time!

I haven't met them, emailed a lot with Joshua. Lots of promises, nothing done. After the previous GFY post, Joshua replied my emails within 2 hours. The rest of the company has taken a sabbatical year probably..

the GFY jungle telegraph is easier I guess.......

Not easier.. just more effective. Should there be a difference in emailing or calling them ? We're not talking about a few days here... but months.
