outlook express question
I just setup another email account under my main identity. I set it up so it checks both of the accounts at once. How do i seperated where they come into. IE. Email1 (default) goes to my regular inbox and all email from Email2 goes to a seperate inbox. I want this for organizing. Is this possible?

First create your target folder(s)
the go up to Tools>Message Rules>Mail click new... in part 1, put a checkmark in the "where the message is from the specified account" box... in part 2, put a checkmark in the "move it to the specified folder" box... in part 3, click the "specified" link (it's blue).. in the popup, select the account from the pulldown.... click ok. still in part 3, click the "specified" link (it's also blue)... in the popup, select the folder where you wanna move the mail... click ok. click ok... click ok... that should do the trick. |
Setup the Rule to move the messages from a specified account.
