Is it realy worth giving up?

Switch to cigars for a while - I got up to 5 big fatties a day - after that cigarettes were like fresh air :winkwink:

try smoking multithreaded....2 (or more) at the same time!
It takes some practice to operate 2 cigaretes without burning
yourself or your clothes....but once you get the hang of it....
80 is childplay :thumbsup

its always the same with smoking:

you quit when you feel good.......

you start when you feel bad.......

keeps on going.........

so in my humble opinion there is no use in stopping unless your having kids...........(which is medically seen not possible in my case:Hollering)

amadman 03-15-2002 06:28 AM

Of coarse it is worth it !!!

Keep quiting, exersise and eat right!

I quit about 6 months ago and no longer suffer from any of the physical of mental urges.

It is just a matter of time and you will be free from it all :o)

of course its worth it. my dad just quit a month ago after 30 years of smoking. his health has forced him to quit but he seems to be going ok this time. if he had of quite 29 years ago he would probably be fit and healthy now. ;)

I so want to quit smoking. I'm down to 5 cigs a day now. I'm just sure that because of my luck, I'll quit, and then 5 years from now I'll get emphysema or something. Ughh. I'm still trying, though. :)

I stopped 5-6 days ago. Been eating like a pig since.
Today:
Started with 4 bran muffins, followed by a piece of Greek milk tart, had a salami and mozzarella tramezzini for lunch, around 5 pm ? lamb stew. Can?t remember all the small things ? chocolates, biscuits etc. And the day is not over?

I just found out that I don't get a live telecast of the F1 today eventhough there is only a time difference of 1 hour. Instead they show it at 11pm tonight.

Times like these I need a ciggy :1orglaugh
