i'm not real tech savvy on the hosting side of things, but i had some real requirements- a dozen+ sites all ecommerce enabled tied to separate databases on the backend and each one SSL protected, and I needed all of them moved over and set up under my own nameserver, etc.

I have to say that Mike, Gerard, and Sagi from www.webair.com really bent over backwards to figure out what my needs are, get me the right hosting package, and get everything squared away.

Webair is good I've had no problems with them and they setup my account fast. Wish I had more bandwidth though :P
