I need a b-day gift for my MOM -- HELP
 

My mom's birthday is on November 15th.. I am going insane. What the hell am I going to give her. She is going to be 67 and has everything..

Any ideas are appreciated, I want something unique, unusual and I have to ship it, since we will be about 8000 Miles apart..
