whats the chmod for the diff files ?
where can i find that info ?

Got an FTP client? right click on the files on the server, you should find CHMOD as a menu item

if you unzip the tar file on your server, the permissions should be allready set.

yes i know how to chmod
but i dont know what the files should be chmod to..
