Some scammers that shot a model who told her that she was going on an amateur site with a bunch of other models. Instead they bought a domain name that was her name and put up a fake solo girl site. They portrayed her nothing like she is or want's to be. They also have no more content for updates. She will never shoot with them again but they are marketing the site as her. Fuck these guys, they are fucking everyone who markets the site as well as all of the customers that sign up. Aren't solo girl sites supposed to retain because of the model?

Did she sign the release? If so, they can do whatever they want and portray her in any manner they chose. Even if she doesn't agree with the portrayal. That's life. Chalk it up as experience and move on. That's all I can suggest.

That is not what they said they were doing. This model values her name and was building a solo girl site of her own. That is why they are complete assholes.

I had a hard time getting a releases from one girl during a competition, however, it was a part of the agreement to compete. No photographer release no contest, regardless of what she signed for the contest.

Allot of these girls have been abused by other people in the industry. But that's the beautiful part of having good people to go to. It's not so much "what you are signing" it has allot to do with "who you are signing it with".

Come up with original content. Original as in "nobody else has it" and original as in "nobody else is doing it" and she should have no problem building her own solo site.

Non of the above, just a friend and photographer who works with Liz occasionally. I believe business should be conducted honestly with people. Honestly with both models and customers. There is no need to mislead people, there are plenty of models that are ok with a solo girl site and customers wanting a solo girl site expect it to be endorsed by the model.

verbal agreements mean nothing - she should have insisted a lawyer look at the release and made comments that her name cannot be used. Failing to do so - shes at a loss. as was mentioned, its who you work with. If you have serious problems then I would suggest taking it to the courts. I can offer you some great legal services that deal specifically with adult content if you want, but outside of that, what do you expect is going to be done? Take the site down? Not going to happen.

Clients of the site dont care they got their pictures, and the owners have their money. Best to create a site since someone has done the leg work for you in advertising and build saying its the Official site. I still dont see how this affects GFY

is anybody surprised? it's BadGirlBucks - it may be legal what they did with Liz Ashley but its unethical. Another one of their models contacted me not long ago - the girl who is Mandy Michaels - the sum total she received for that site according to her - $800.
