I gotta agree on most parts ... but sometimes, people really get in shitty situations and need help ... I don't mind giving some money to somebody I know that's in trouble ...

The only way I would just give someone money via the internet is if a natural disaster like hurricane katrina made a fellow webmaster homeless/shit out of luck AND that webmaster had a great rep throughout the community. That is pretty much the ONLY way i'd ever donate/give cash out.
